Back to school thougts

Yesterday was my first day back at University.i’m doing my MA in information science.one way to look at it is that i’m training to be a glorified librarian,another is that I’ll be paid to google things….

 

after finishing my LLB and realizing that there’s a snowball’s chance in hell that I’ll ever become a lawyer (feeling like i need to take a hot shower after speaking to my colleagues EVERYDAY was running my water bills way up), i took some time of to dabble in different things and then decided that i want to go back to Uni and do my MA. i thought that since i spend all my time on the web anyway, and love finding things, it’s probably a good idea to make a career out of it. so now i’m back in school, and educating myself. i figure that even if I’ll end up a glorified librarian, at least I’ll rock that glasses and pencil skirt look.the boyfriend would be pleased i’m sure.

so here i am, a student once more. i would love to hear from you all about your thoughts on information science and business intelligence.
